!!New Session!!

Have you passed GoSk8?

THIS IS IMPORTANT – A skating session especially for you.

Are you one of the large number of skaters who have already passed GOSK8 and are still attending our learn to skate sessions? We always have a large number of people who wish to learn to skate and join the GOSK8 programme but who we cannot accommodate because we have no more room.

With this in mind and to give you the skate session you want on Sunday the 9th September ISC in partnership with Ipswich Fit (IBC) are starting a new session for our experienced skaters who have completed and passed the GoSk8 programme,

The session is going to be at Gainsbough Sports Centre and it’s by invitation only.

It will be included on the iCard for those that have a Direct Debit membership just like your existing Learn to Skate Sessions are.

It will be bookable via the centre in the normal way.
If you want to come or are thinking of coming you do need to let us know.

Cost is going to be £2.50 per session.

If you are not already a member you will need to join the club after your first session – but that only costs you £1.00 a year.

The session will run from 4;30pm till 6;00pm every Sunday and will be a two part program;

First a disco including games, limbo etc. with the second half of the session being a carousel of taught skating activities which the club have already trialed and now want to develop and expand further These includes hockey, free style, role ball, roller derby, show skating and speed.

Once we have the interest established and the numbers to run separate sessions for any of these activities we will organise them. If there is anything else you want to see happen then just let us know.

So it’s up to you, you have asked for it and wanted the space and time to try out new things so hear it is. Come along, try them and tell us what else you want to do.

If you know anybody who is not already skating with us but who wants to come along to sessions like this – (another is being planned for Felixtowe) then help them to get in touch with us:

http://skateipswich.com/contact so we can work things out, make sure that they can skate well enough for this and get them involved.

We would love to have you all skating with us.
